• Cadence Corporation - Cadence now has handy online tables showing the 32-bit and 64-bit platforms they support for their tools. For the newest releases of their tools, they claim to have very wide Linux support.
• Impulse Accelerated Technologies, Inc. offers a suite of tools for development of combined hardware/software applications.
• Complete High-Level Design Suite from Synopsys, Inc. Supported tools include Design Compiler for synthesis, PrimeTime for static timing analysis, Scirocco for VHDL simulation, and Module Compiler.
• IC Station, a tool suite from Mentor Graphics. For info on the Linux version, check out the press release on their website.

• Impulse Accelerated Technologies, Inc. offers a VHDL simulation system, CoValdator, aimed at FPGA design verification.
• Launchbird Design Systems offers the Confluence design language, complete with tools to convert Confluence source into C, Verilog, and VHDL.
• Symphony EDA - Supplies an integrated VHDL development environment, called VHDL Simili, that provides a simulator and waveform viewer.
• Aldec Inc - Provides a verification environment, called Riviera that supports Linux, among other operating systems. Riviera includes Verilog and VHDL compilers, a simulator, waveform viewer, etc.
• Avant! Corporation - Polaris interpreted, compiled, and cycle-based Verilog simulators
• Fintronic - FinSim compiled Verilog simulator.
